Recently, a GAC GS3 Emzoom was spotted on display at the GAC showroom on Nguyen Van Linh Street (Ho Chi Minh City). The car, with its striking Lagoon Blue paint, attracted the attention of many customers who came to view and learn more about the product.
Previously, Warisan Tan Chong Automotif – the assembler and distributor of GAC in Malaysia – confirmed the export of the first batch of GS3 Emzoom to Vietnam. This move indicates that plans to launch the urban SUV in the Vietnamese market had been prepared quite early.
According to information from the dealership, customers can view the car from the end of June, while the official launch is likely to take place next month. GAC Vietnam's website has also updated images and basic information about this model.
The GS3 Emzoom belongs to the B-segment SUV market, where there is strong competition among models such as the Kia Seltos, Hyundai Creta, Toyota Yaris Cross, and Mitsubishi Xforce. The car has dimensions of 4,446 x 1,850 x 1,600 mm (length x width x height) and a wheelbase of 2,650 mm.
The highlight of the GS3 Emzoom lies in its youthful and sporty design. The front of the car is sharply styled with many angular lines, while the body features embossed creases that enhance its robust feel. The rear area is impressive with its centrally located dual exhaust pipes, a rare detail in the mainstream urban SUV segment.
The interior is designed in a modern style with a dual-screen setup mounted prominently on the dashboard. This system includes a 7-inch digital instrument cluster and a 10.25-inch central infotainment screen, providing a more intuitive user experience.
In addition, this SUV model boasts several notable features such as an electronic gear selector, wireless phone charging, sporty seats, and the ADAS driver assistance technology package. These are features that many young customers are interested in when choosing a car in this segment.
Powering the GS3 Emzoom is a 1.5L TGDI turbocharged petrol engine, producing a maximum power of 177 horsepower and a maximum torque of 270 Nm. The engine is paired with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission, delivering impressive performance figures compared to other B-segment SUVs currently on the market.over 2 billion VND. The Audi Q3 is sold in two variants: Sportback and SUV, with prices starting from 2.099 billion VND.
When launched in Vietnam, the model is expected to be equipped with four driving modes: Economy, Comfort, Sport, and Sport+. The introduction of the GS3 Emzoom not only helps GAC expand its product range but also provides more options for customers looking for a stylish urban SUV with modern features and powerful performance.
